Step 1 of 3
Who are you?
Step 2 of 3
What do you need?
One-time requests run as a guest — no account. Volunteering and research are ongoing relationships and will use a simple email sign-in (coming soon; for now they are handled as a one-time introduction).
I want to help
Three ways to help right now
🌳 Current tree-mapping packages — no account needed
Map the food trees on your street, reserve, school ground or property. Your survey feeds the network's browse and habitat maps after review. Download a kit, walk it, submit the sheet.
🤝 Shelters near you need help right now
Enter your suburb or LGA to see local needs first — then pick one to offer your help. Your offer goes straight to that shelter; your details are encrypted and only shared if they accept.

Step 3 of 3
Your details
⚠ If the animal is injured, sick or in danger — ring now, don't wait for this form
- Wildlife Victoria emergency response: 03 8400 5300 (24/7)
- DEECA customer service (wildlife, licensing): 136 186
- Life-threatening emergency for people: 000
While you wait: keep the animal warm, dark and quiet in a ventilated box; do not offer food or water; keep pets and children away; note exactly where you found it (release must be to the same place). Bats and flying-foxes: never touch — vaccinated handlers only.
What happens to this: it is encrypted the moment it reaches the server, shown only to the shelter (or platform owner) it is routed to, and deleted 14 days after your request is answered (72 hours for animal requests). No IP address, no device id, no account. Donations never pass through this platform — we only show you a shelter's details.
